Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new technical services.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and consistency.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and project coordination abilities.
- Self-driven, organised, and eager to build new systems and processes.
