Job's mission
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at ASM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience with our advanced semiconductor equipment and contribute to our customers’ success by ensuring our technology performs flawlessly. Join a supportive team and grow your technical skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
What you will be working on
- Installation and setup of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
- Complete structured training in ASM system operation and customer support.
- Document service activities and provide internal updates.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- at least 3years of relevant experiences(cs, field service)

A candidate who is willing to work in either Icheon or Cheongju
- Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
- Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems or automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- Commute regularly to sites in Icheon, with occasional travel to Cheongju and other sites as well.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments.
