The Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing processes for CMP Pad production, ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality output to meet overall production targets. This role spans process control, equipment performance, yield improvement, and issue resolution in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams, and support new product introductions to ensure smooth transition into manufacturing.
In this role you will:
Monitor and maintain process stability using SPC and data analysis tools
Ensure smooth production flow and resolve issues to meet output and production targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and productivity
Perform equipment troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and process tuning
Lead safety-related actions and execute OCAP for abnormal conditions
Investigate customer complaints and manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Maintain and update Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation
Resolve production line bottlenecks and optimize overall manufacturing performance
Collaborate with NPI teams to support new product introduction and ramp-up
Manage engineering projects and qualification activities
Ensure product quality compliance and manage BOM-related changes
Work closely with cross-functional teams and global sites
