Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineer to oversee projects, coordinate product development, and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality and delivery standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project phases to ensure accurate, timely, and budget-compliant completion
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to define and develop product or service offerings to specifications
- Lead new product qualification, ensuring First Article success and smooth transfer of processes for mass production
- Develop and enhance manufacturing processes and procedures to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
- Investigate manufacturing issues and customer complaints related to equipment, methods, personnel, and materials
- Recommend and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions to resolve and prevent recurrence of problems
- Support Engineering Manager in qualifying and validating new products and processes, including sourcing and costing activities
- Collaborate with Quality team on First Article inspections, product and process investigations, and customer meetings to align expectations
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations at local, state, and federal levels
- Contribute as a collaborative team member to support company financial success
