Engineer (M&E)
Summary
Oversee mechanical and electrical system installations on construction projects, coordinating teams and contractors to ensure timely, safe delivery while managing budgets and compliance.
Job Description :
- Responsible for all the execution of contracts progress
- To assist in mechanical / Electrical system design
- Installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery assignment
- Report & monitor of progress of project to Project manager / Assistant Project Manager / Senior Engineer
- To co-ordinate meetings & daily briefing at site
- To guide & supervise Assistant Engineers / Supervisors
- To check all installation drawings & prepare relevant schedule
- To prepare cost estimation ,budget & control & to check sub-contractor’s progress claim
- To monitor & supervise work progression, Quality Control & ensure that safety regulation is observed
- To perform testing and commissioning at work site
- Maintain proper record in all M&E Issue
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical
Min. 2 years’ experience in Mechanical / Electrical system design
Good site management &@ supervision skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
Knowledge in Microsoft & autocad
