Engineer

· Facilitate the installation, servicing andmaintenance of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System and M&ESystem.

· Coordinate, supervise and monitor the progress ofproject works on site

· Ensure all preventive maintenance works to becarried out according to maintenance schedules and procedures

· Electrical drawing modification as per sitecondition

· Degree in Engineering

· Electrical knowledge in electrical supply,distribution and requirements for cluster buildings

· Well versed in mechanical maintenance and installation in buildings like ACMV, AHU, AHS, fire protection systems, etc.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Must have basic knowledge in AUTOCAD

· 2-3 years’ experience preferred

· Can work independently and is team-oriented

· Assist Supervisor/ Manager in their supervisory andcoordination duties

· Willingness to work in rotational day/ night shifts

· Should be physically fit to cover the vast campuses by walk

· Sound knowledge in negotiating price with sub-contractors and quoting toclient

· Manage few contractors concurrently to complete the adhoc projects ontime

· Preferred to have safety related certs like Managing work at Height,Scaffolding supervisor, Confined space Supervisor/ Assessor, Fire SafetyManager, Green mark facility manager/ basic knowledge in Green Mark relatedactivities

· Willingness to come back to site to attend any emergency issueregardless of Off day or Non- duty hours

· Preferred to local university Master degree in engineering

· Preferred to have Class 3 driving license

· Taking ownership of the assigned duty and taking initiative to introduceconcepts to solve the problem arise
