Engineer

· Facilitate the installation, servicing and maintenance of building Mechanical & Electrical System.

· Coordinate, supervise and monitor the progress of maintenance/ project works on site

· Ensure all preventive / corrective maintenance works to be carried out according to maintenance schedules and procedures

· Electrical drawing modification as per site condition

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

· Electrical knowledge in electrical supply, distribution and requirements for cluster buildings

· Well versed in all mechanical systems maintenance and installation in buildings.

· Proficiency in MS Office

· have basic knowledge in AUTOCAD

· Can work independently and is team-oriented

· Willingness to work after office hours/ Sunday if any scheduled maintenance/ breakdown.

· Should be physically fit to cover the vast campuses by walk

· Sound knowledge in negotiating price with sub-contractors and quoting to client

· Manage few contractors concurrently to complete the adhoc projects on time

· Willingness to come back to site to attend any emergency issue regardless of Off day or Non- duty hours

· Should be able to work independently
