Engineer or Senior Sourcing Engineer - (高级)采购工程师

Raw Materials:

Lead sourcing activities for production materials, including RFI, RFQ, bidding, quotation analysis, and supplier selection. Track sample submissions, qualification progress, and project milestones.
Support new product introduction (NPI/NPD) projects and ensure sourcing and material readiness according to project schedules.
Develop and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks and improve supply chain competitiveness.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, and supply chain developments to support sourcing decisions.
Conduct commercial negotiations to optimize cost, lead time, MOQ/MPQ, payment terms, country of origin, and other key commercial conditions. Drive continuous supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, delivery, service, and supply assurance.

NPP / MRO Procurement:

Execute procurement activities for non-production purchases, including PR/PO processing, order follow-up, contract and delivery management.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives and improve internal customer satisfaction through effective supplier management.
Continuously develop and integrate supplier resources and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
