Job Description

  • Drive quality KPIs and support the company’s zero-defect goals.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.
  • Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D to prevent recurrence.
  • Implement quality tools such as FAI, FMEA, Control Plans, and Change Control.
  • Manage non-conforming materials and conduct quality audits.
  • Prepare quality reports and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide customer quality support and maintain quality documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in metal fabrication or precision machining, preferably in Semiconductor or Aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing.
  • Familiar with inspection and measurement equipment.
  • Experience with FAI, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and Control Plans.
