Engineer (Security System)
Summary
Maintains and upgrades CCTV and access-control systems for a large resort, performing installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front and backend support for the resort’s security systems including but not limited to CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all security systems.
- Ensure any critical system fault reported is rectified within the shortest possible time to prevent disruption to operations.
- Update and maintain fault rectification report.
- Maintain security system stock inventory to ensure sufficient spare.
- Perform installation and upgrade project of system forexisting/new infrastructure change.
Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC from a recognized training institute
- Preferably with experience in CCTV or card access systems
- Technical knowledge or experience in electrical/electronic work.
- IT Network knowledge would be an added advantage
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
