Job Description & Requirements

  • Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
  • Liaise with RE/RTO representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.
  • Liaise with RE/RTO representative for inspection of site works.
  • Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety implementation.
  • Control material wastage and productivity of workers.
  • Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
  • Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
  • Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager

Qualification requirements or equivalent

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
  • Positive personality and good team player.
  • Meticulous and responsible.
  • Able to multitask and work in tight schedules.
