Long Term Job

1. Project Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in Mech. Engg. with a minimum experience of 15 years in mechanical field in large Scale Power Plants not less than 150 MW and Reverse Osmosis Plant (Capacity 60 MIGPD). Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in RO plant. Must have experience in all types of Mechanical works for RO (Reverse Osmosis) and water treatment processes in SWRO Plant. Must be aware of Management System Procedures and HSE requirements.

2. I&C Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ Elect. Communication with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as I&C Engineer in maintenance of Instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SCADA system & Process Control System, field instruments, temperature pressure flow devices in Reverse Osmosis Plant (Capacity 60 MIGPD). Must be aware of Management System Procedures and HSE requirements.

3. I&C Supervisor- Diploma in Instrumentation/EC Engg. . with a minimum experience of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of field instruments like control valves, Flow, pressure, level and Temperature Transmitters and Analyzers . Familiar with all calibration test instruments and standards, capacity to lead team of Instrument & control Technicians. Able to do planning, coordinating and monitoring of instrumentation and control related activities. Ensure compliance with project safety. Working experience with Foundation Bus, Hart & Profibus protocols. Capable of reading and understating P&IDs, schematic, logic, & interlocks in power station equipment.

4. I&C Valve Technician- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a Minimum 7 years’ experience in calibration of control valves,positioners,pneumatic actuator complete maintenance, boosters servicing in large Scale Power Plants, Petrochemical, Chemical plants. Working experience in control valve manufacturing industry or control valve repair facilities will have added advantage. Experience in Loop checks and troubleshooting experience in pnumatic and Electrical actuators.

5. I&C Actuator Technicians- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a Minimum 7 years’ experience in inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all types of actuators (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic) used in the plant's piping and control systems in water treatment, desalination plant. Experience in Loop checks and troubleshooting experience in pnumatic and Electrical actuators.

6. Analyzer Technician- Diploma in Instrumentation/EC Engg. with a Minimum 7 years’ experience in online Analyzer maintenance, troubleshooting & calibration experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant with Steam Turbine. Must have good knowledge of Cl02 operating system equipment and water quality analysis in general. Good working knowledge of safety factors involved, capable of reading and understanding Pios, schematic, logic, graph, schematics, graphics, knowledge about various devices, control of operations and skills, and calibration of DCS and SCADA system. General ability to diagnose and eliminate defects quickly.

7. I&C Technician- Diploma in Instrumentation/EC Engg. with a Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of field instruments like Control valves, Flow, pressure, Level and Temperature Transmitters and Analyzers . Familiar with all calibration test instruments and standards. Experience in large power plant is preferable, troubleshooting experience in field instruments desirable. Capable of reading and understating P&IDs, schematic, logic, & interlocks in power station equipment.

8. Mechanical Engineer- Bachelor's Degree in Mech. Engg. with a Minimum 10 years’ experience as Mechanical Engineer in Reverse Osmosis Plant (Capacity 60 MIGPD and water treatment processes in SWRO Plant and Water Distillation Plants not less than 150 MW. Must have knowledge of all aspect of mechanical maintenance of high pressure, thermal boiler equipment, MSF distillation, rotating and static mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, valve, heat exchanger, condenser, gas regulators, thermostats, safety and flow valves, mechanical governors, Saacke boilers, insulation & cladding, pipe works, pressure vessel, coolers, heaters, air dryers, calder dweer, energy, recovery devised, filters, mixers, blowers, cooling tower tanks and other auxiliary mechanical equipment in Reverse Osmosis Plant. Must be capable of making swift and effective decisions to ensure contractual maintenance of obligations are complied with.

9. Mechanical Supervisor- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a Minimum 10 experience in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance in large power plant not less than 150MW. Must have knowledge of all aspect of mechanical maintenance of High pressure, thermal boiler equipment, MSF distillation, steam turbine, rotating and static mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, valve, heat exchanger, condenser, gas regulators, thermostats, safety and flow valves, mechanical governors and other auxiliary mechanical equipment in power plant.

10. Rotating Equipment Supervisor- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a Minimum 10 experience in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance in large power plant not less than 150MW. Must have knowledge of all aspect of mechanical maintenance of High pressure, thermal boiler equipment, MSF distillation, steam turbine, rotating and static mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, valve, heat exchanger, condenser, gas regulators, thermostats, safety and flow valves, mechanical governors, Gear Box & Valves and other auxiliary mechanical equipment in power plant.

11. Rotating Equipment Technician- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a minimum of 7 years maintenance experience in large Combined cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant. Must have working experience in maintenance and overhauling of rotating equipment in Gas Turbine units, Steam turbine units, HRSG units & Distillation plant. Major overhauling experience in heavy duty pumps like Boiler Feed water pumps, Brine recirculation pumps etc, Fin fan coolers, Gas compressors and Air compressors, hydro coupling, alignment and assembly of all type of rotating equipment.

12. Mechanical Technician- Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ITI with a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in valve Maintenance. Knowledge of Valve to install, repair, and maintain mechanical regulating and controlling devices, Such as electric meters, gas regulators, thermostats, safety and flow valves, and other mechanical governors.

13. Electrical Engineer- Bachelor's Degree in Elect. Engg. with a Minimum 10 experience as Electrical Engineer in the field of electrical equipment, maintenance of motors and MV& LV panels, maintenance of LV, MV Switchgear transformers and control circuirt etc. in Reverse Osmosis Plant (Capacity 60 MIGPD). Must be capable of making swift and effective decisions t to ensure contractual maintenance of obligations are complied with.

14. Electrical Supervisor- Diploma in Elect. Engg./ITI with a Minimum 10 experience in Electrical Equipment Maintenance in large Combined cycle power plant not less than 150MW each unit. Must have good experience in Motors, Generators, Switch Gear, MOV Etc. Preferable experience in Frame 9FA gas turbines. Must be familiar with exciter control, LCI & Transformer. Must have good trouble shooting experience in the Electrical maintenance in Power station.

15. Electrical Technician- Diploma in Elect. Engg./ITI with a minimum of 7 years’ of experience in Electrical maintenance department in in large Scale Power Plants not less than 150 MW. Must have hands on experience in maintenance of Generators, Excitation Control Panel, Transformer, HV, MV, LV switch gear, UPS systems and GIS systems. Must be able to troubleshoot the fault in electrical system and knowledge in electrical drawings.

16. Secretary- Any Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ of experience in computer operation, word processing, spreadsheets, databases. Familiar in all types of office work like maintaining office documentation, operating office equipment’s. Must be familiar with ISO procedures to maintain all records in order, experience in dealing with ISO external and internal audits.

17. Safety Officer- Any Bachelor's Degree + NEBOSH IGC + IOSH with a minimum of 10 years’ of experience in operational safety, preferably in Oil, Gas ,Petrochemical Industry & large scale power plants , with thorough knowledge on various safety regulations, standards, procedures, to follow ISO 45001 Health and safety Management standard, etc. Knowledge of ISO and HSE procedures

18. Storekeeper- Any Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ of experience in any large industrial establishment warehouse as Storekeeper. Competent in the use of PC including ORACLE, SAP,MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and any other relevant software. Computer literate with material knowledge, quantity measurements and conversions are essential. Experience in maintaining inventory stock, MRV, MIV, report preparation for stock position on weekly, monthly and annual basis. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality & Safety in accordance with Company Quality & HSE System requirements.

19. Gate pass Coordinator- Any Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ of experience in computer operation, word processing, spreadsheets & databases. Familiar in all types of office work ie. maintaining office documentation, operating office equipment.

20. Timekeeper- Any Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ of experience in computer operation, word processing, spreadsheets & databases. Familiar in all types of office work ie. maintaining office documentation, operating office equipment.

21. Control Room Operator:Qualifications: BE degree in Engneering. Minimum 8 years in Frame 9FA or LM 6000 GTs

22. Field Operator: Three-year diploma in Engneering. Minimum 8 years in 9FA or LM 6000 GTs, MSF Distillation Plant

23 Storekeeper (Store Division): To lead efficiently a team of warehouse personnel

24. Data Entry Operator: Graduate
