Engineering and Maintenance Office Coordinator- Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)

This position provides administration support for the Facilities departments and acts as a liaison between the Facilities Department and other user departments. $18.00- $24.00 per hour

• Responsible for creating and maintaining reports for Time & Attendance for Union employees, overtime reports and tracking of Building Contracts.
• Analyzes reports and compiles statistical data for Finance, including labor used to complete capital projects.
• Must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Programs and purchasing system.
• Responsible for processing high volume of purchase requests.
• Maintains non-exempt employee records, including vacation tracking and notification for Union employees.
• Responsible for input and tracking of payroll data.
• Creates and maintains system for tracking capital expenses for submission to Finance Department.
• Ability to take initiative to problem solve, handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily workflow with minimal supervision.
• Interacts and assists personnel in a Union environment in a polite and professional manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and outside vendors maintaining superior customer service skills at all times.

• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways or escalator
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communications, organization, administrative, research and problem solving skills required.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills required.
• Prior experience in dealing with technical/Union personnel preferred.
