Job Description

To prepare 2D engineering drawing using ACAD or similar 2D software
To update the technical details to the system
To assist in scanning and uploading of document
To assist in handling of customer feedback and complains case
To update the case to Customer Service Portal
To follow up with the case until closure

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in engineering drawing
Experience in handling of customer service
Good communication skills in writing
Fast and independent
