Engineering Assistant I No Experience Needed

Assist in manufacturing production, troubleshoot machinery, and guide technicians with no prior experience required.
We are hiring an Engineering Assistant to support production operations, troubleshooting, and quality improvement activities. This role is suitable for fresh diploma holders who are willing to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. No experience is needed. Training is provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Specialise in processes and perform higher-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Guide technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality.
Check supplementary materials changes to ensure they are properly completed.
Assist the Line Engineer in checking control charts and checklists.
Ensure smooth production operations and prepare production reports.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve daily final test yield.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manpower Supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification.
No experience required.
Good attitude, willing to learn, and a team player.
Good to have Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline
Working Hours:
Day Shift: 8am – 8:15pm
Night Shift: 8pm – 8:15am
1-hour meal break
Shift Pattern: 4 days work, 3 days off, 3 days work, 4 days off
Training Period:
3 months
