Engineering Assistant (Manufacturing Support, Medical Devices, Training Provided) #HDC1

A global medical device manufacturer is looking for Engineering Assistants to support its manufacturing operations. You will work with production, engineering and quality teams to keep equipment and processes running smoothly, with full training provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations
• Conduct process validation activities
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of machines and equipment
• Liaise with suppliers on technical purchases
• Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders on production schedules, audits and stock takes
• Maintain accurate maintenance, calibration and validation records
• Support continuous improvement and equipment uptime initiatives
• Take on other duties assigned by the engineering team

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline and above
• No prior experience required; full training is provided
• Basic understanding of machines, equipment and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work on a rotating day and night shift schedule
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
