Job Responsibilities
- Drive Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) for quality issues
- Support failure analysis of returned products and identify root causes
- Coordinate technical analysis with cross-functional teams and communicate findings
- Support product launches and sustaining quality activities
- Monitor SPC trends, FTQ, and scrap reports
- Drive and support 8D reports, PPAP submissions, and Q-Plan activities
- Support quality improvement projects and operational issue resolution
- Assist in internal/external audits including ISO and IATF 16949 audits
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or quality environment preferred
- Knowledge of SPC, 8D, CAPA, PPAP, and root cause analysis
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiar with ISO/IATF standards is an advantage
