Engineering Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to help build and manage our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. The Engineering Team Leader will also play a key role in driving innovation, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Requirements

• Provide effective leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team of Engineers

• Foster a positive work environment

• Manage deliverables on many simultaneous projects of varying size and duration

• Ensure both delivery and quality objectives are met

• Assist team members in providing guidance when required

• Build and institute Recruiting, Training, and Onboarding

• Establish Key Performance Indicators

• Enable visibility on team’s workload and bandwidth

• Work, collaborate and communicate with the other departments to ensure good project execution.

• Enable Continuous Process Improvement

• General Reporting

• Special projects and other duties as assigned
