Proclinical is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MST) and Validation teams. In this role, you will contribute to data management, process improvement, documentation, and compliance activities to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, including proper use of safety equipment and active participation in safety initiatives.
- Contribute to the setup, maintenance, and validation of STATISTICA workspaces for automated data evaluation from systems such as LIMS and MES, ensuring data integrity and analysis accuracy.
- Assist with document archiving activities, including preparation, organization, and transfer of documentation to the Scan Competence Center.
- Support Validation and MST projects by performing data extraction, processing, analysis, reporting, and sample handling activities.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and other controlled documents within the MST and Validation departments.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) OR equivalent industry experience.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating technical documentation.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety risks.
