Engineering Director

Requirements

● 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in a management position.

● Demonstrated success in building technology operations and leading technological development in fast-growing organizations.

● Extensive experience with Fintech, banking, Internet platform, etc.

● Good business acumen with the ability to translate technology strategies into tangible business outcomes.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives.
