Engineering Lead: AI-Enabled End-to-End Delivery

Accenture’s The Dock in Dublin seeks an Engineering Lead to own and deliver engineering workstreams end‑to‑end, from discovery through to deployment and handover. You will work with data scientists, engineers and product partners to translate requirements into AI‑enabled capabilities embedded in real products.

The role requires hands‑on delivery, strong software fundamentals, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and cost.
