Behind the scenes, our Engineering team keeps everything running smoothly — from rooms and common areas to bar and utility systems. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Engineering staff member to support our Nusa Lembongan property.

Job Summary

The Engineering Staff is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of hostel facilities and equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across guest rooms, bar, kitchen, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and basic mechanical systems
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Maintain generators, water systems, pumps, and basic utility equipment
• Coordinate with management and external contractors when needed
• Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and storage areas organized and safe
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in engineering or maintenance (hospitality experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
• Good communication skills
• Must be legally allowed to work in Indonesia
• Relevant certifications or technical training are an advantage
