Job Description:

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a managing role and a strong technical background. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the company's goals are met. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring new team members, as well as providing ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
