Responsibilities:
- Led Agentic SDLC adoption.
- Process Transformation (Not Built MCP or Agent, but how someone changed engineering: PR review changed, testing changed, onboarding changed, design docs changed, and code review changed).
- Production ownership.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience with at least 3 years of people management experience.
- Hands-on with PR reviews and systems design and architecture.
- Experience in Java, Spring (Boot, MVC, Core), and Agentic AI.
