Engineering Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Methods Manager to lead industrialization projects and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new products and processes, from design phase through production launch.
• Validate technical solutions, coordinate testing activities, and oversee the implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Support the transfer of projects into serial production and provide technical assistance to production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Create and maintain technical data within the ERP system (BOMs, routings, cycle times, item masters, etc.).
• Monitor industrial performance indicators and ensure targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, production costs, and working conditions.
• Manage and develop the Methods team, setting priorities and coordinating workloads.
• Represent the Methods department in management meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, methods, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and industrial performance tools.
• Leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
