Engineering Manager

You will serve as both a technical contributor and people leader, guiding teams that deliver multiple high-impact projects. You will define strategy with cross-functional partners, drive roadmap creation and execution, and help produce scalable, secure, production-ready software. You will mentor direct reports, manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance, and influence engineering culture, organizational design, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience with API design and distributed systems
• Proven experience building and scaling high-volume web-based solutions
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
