Roles & Responsibilities:

• Taking leadership in the delivery of the cloud/big data solutions platform by...
• Guide the team to deliver top-quality solution design and execution and providing support in defining the scope and sizing of work.
• Utilize Big Data technologies to design, develop, and evolve scalable and fault-tolerant distributed components.
• Responsible for translating business requirements into big data technology solutions.
• Manage and groom high caliber Engineering team towards delivery and organization goals.
• Manage customer stakeholders for alignment on project delivery, status reporting and cadence
• Guide team towards building frameworks, industry best practices, maintain high quality coding and delivery

Skills Preferred:

• 10-12+ years of overall IT experience with Cloud/ Big Data, Analytics, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
• At least 3 4 years of experience in leading a Data Engineering & Analytics project delivery following Agile Methodologies
• Senior Technical Manager with hands on experience in the space of Cloud/ Big Data Solutions development.
• Having worked in AWS Cloud Data infrastructure environment is highly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of tools in the Cloud Ecosystem AWS glue, pySpark, Redshift, Hive, Databricks etc.
• Strong Engineering Management experience in Data domain.
• Strong people management skills. Ability to guide, groom team members towards organization goals.

• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Working Knowledge of Data and Cloud Engineering Technical space of work
• Preparation of Milestone plan and drive the team delivery aligned with the same.
• Bring in the alignment on Strategic goals of the Program
• Collaborate with key stakeholders/product owners/practitioners to drive the program goals
• Proficiency with Agile software development management methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes and ability to effectively prioritize
• Extensive experience leading, coordinating, and organizing remote teams in a collaborative environment
