Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
  
• Drive technical architecture, solution design, and project delivery.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  
• Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure technologies.
  
• Review code, conduct technical mentoring, and ensure engineering best practices.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  
• Support hiring, technical interviews, and team development.
