Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams

• Drive engineering strategy aligned with business objectives

• Manage project planning, execution and successful delivery

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders

• Support technical decision-making and engineering best practices

• Improve engineering processes and developer experience

• Monitor project scope, quality, timelines and delivery

• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering

• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams

• Previous hands-on experience with PHP, Golang or React

• Experience working in e-commerce environments

• Understanding of Developer Experience (DX)

• Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
