Lead a team that builds and maintains cloud developer tools and CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions to improve developer productivity.
Engineering Manager role leading the DevOps Tooling & Developer Experience team within Infrastructure & Production. Responsible for team leadership, coaching, removing blockers, and driving developer tools and cloud developer experience strategy. Requires experience leading high-performing teams, full software lifecycle knowledge, building and maintaining large-scale public cloud infrastructures, agile development practices, and hands-on engineering skills. Must work from Helsinki office three days a week. Tech stack includes AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, Logstash, GitHub Actions, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, VictoriaMetrics.
