As a Engineering Manager, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for the following duties :
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale software projects.
Drive best practices across software development, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
Provide technical leadership for scalable web, mobile, and microservices applications.
Manage API development and integration across enterprise systems.
Drive cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring practices.
Ensure security and compliance are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI, Infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project delivery, team performance, risks, and key engineering metrics.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement and technical innovation.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 8 years of software engineering experience, with 3 or more years in an engineering management or technical leadership capacity.
