ENGINEERING MANAGER

The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing engineering projects and operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and according to client requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineers, supervisors and technical teams.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and work methods.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and other project resources.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare project progress reports and attend meetings.
• Support tender preparation, quotations and cost estimation.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
