Engineering Manager for Money Core
You will lead engineering teams, set direction, remove blockers, and enable engineers to do their best work. You will drive technical strategy for core banking, connect technical priorities to customer needs, improve development and deployment practices, and embed effective AI practices into engineering work.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Track record of enabling individual contributors and technical leads to shape direction
- Solid infrastructure expertise
- Understanding of system hosting scaling and architectural trade-offs
- Familiarity with hosting cost optimization
- Working understanding of how data and AI intersect in modern engineering organizations
- Ability to set strategic direction during change
