Engineering Manager - Frontend & Backend Development

Job Description :

Product Engineering Leadership :

- Lead and manage engineers working on frontend and backend product features.

- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric solutions.

- Drive execution of the product roadmap with predictable and high-quality delivery.

Execution & Delivery :

- Own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for product initiatives.

- Break down requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones.

- Ensure engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and reviews.

Technical Guidance :

- Provide technical direction for product services and web applications.

- Review system designs and critical code paths.

- Help teams make pragmatic architectural decisions that support scale and maintainability.

People Management :

- Mentor and grow engineers through regular feedback and career development.

- Conduct 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and hiring interviews.

- Build a strong, collaborative, product-focused engineering culture.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience.

- 2+ years in an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role.

- Experience building and scaling customer-facing SaaS product.

Core Tech Stack (Required) :

- Frontend : Next.js (React).

- Backend : Node.js, Python.

- Database : MongoDB.

- Cloud : AWS.

- Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes (working knowledge).
