Engineering Manager Infra Land

As a member of the Integrated Project Management (IPM) team, you lead the engineering function throughout tender, design, preparation and execution. You translate client ambitions, contractual requirements and project objectives into integrated solutions that can be successfully realized in practice.

You provide leadership to multidisciplinary engineering and design teams, ensuring alignment between disciplines, project controls, construction methodology and delivery strategy. At the same time, you balance technical quality, safety, risk, planning, sustainability and commercial objectives.

You play a pivotal role in connecting engineering with execution, enabling project teams to make informed decisions and deliver certainty in increasingly complex project environments.

Working closely with the Project Director, Contract Manager, Environmental Manager, Process Manager and Construction Manager, you help drive project success from concept development through final delivery.
