Engineering Manager (Interior Fit-Out & Renovation)

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of interior renovation and fit-out projects

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and on-site work arrangements

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion

• Supervise workmanship and ensure renovation works meet quality standards

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues

• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure adequate stock availability

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and project requirements

• Report project progress and coordinate with management on operational matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or construction project management

• Strong experience in manpower coordination and site supervision

• Familiar with interior renovation processes, materials, and workmanship standards

• Able to manage multiple workers and coordinate daily site activities

• Good knowledge of project scheduling, material allocation, and quality control

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Able to handle site challenges and meet project deadlines

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
