Engineering Manager (Interior Fit-Out & Renovation)

Salary:

• Engineering Manager: $4,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)

• General Manager: $8,000+ (Based on Experience)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of interior renovation and fit-out projects

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site work arrangements

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

• Monitor project schedules, progress, and overall workmanship quality

• Supervise renovation works to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical issues

• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation

• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within required timelines

• Manage project teams and report operational progress to management

• For General Manager: Oversee overall project operations, manpower planning, and management performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or construction management

• Strong experience in manpower coordination and site supervision

• Familiar with interior renovation processes, construction materials, and workmanship standards

• Proven ability to manage workers, subcontractors, and multiple project activities

• Good knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage site operations independently and meet project deadlines

• Senior management experience is preferred for the General Manager position

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
