Engineering Manager Pro

You will lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for trading backend services. You will guide modernization work, contribute to technical and architecture discussions, prioritize performance and market-data initiatives, promote AI-assisted engineering practices, partner on roadmap delivery, and communicate technical tradeoffs and progress to stakeholders.
