Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using. NET and C#. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in system design, HLD, LLD, microservices, and cloud technologies, along with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using. NET Core and C#.
• Define HLD, LLD, and system architecture for complex applications.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and integrate frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on AWS.
• Drive technical decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in. NET, . NET Core, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of system design, HLD, and LLD.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Good hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OOP, design patterns, and SQL.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
