Engineering Manager: Scale Savings & Investments Tech

Satispay is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a consumer-oriented Savings & Investments squad. You will grow the team, shape the technical roadmap, and ensure delivery of ambitious projects.

In collaboration with Product, Design, and other Engineering Leaders, you’ll mentor engineers, drive execution, and manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and technical excellence in Milan.

Manage a squad of 3–5 engineers and foster high team morale. Mentor engineers through regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Own the technical roadmap and unblock delivery across domains. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other teams to align priorities. Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership in business terms. Lead and grow a Consumer-oriented engineering squad (3–5 engineers) with a culture of technical excellence. Translate product and business goals into a clear, predictable technical roadmap. Drive delivery and optimize agile workflows to ensure reliable execution of ambitious projects. Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering Managers to align priorities and standards. Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and development opportunities to team members.
