We are hiring an Engineering Manager in San Francisco to lead a product engineering team: hiring, coaching, delivery, and partnership with product.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of software engineers
• Run delivery: planning, execution, and predictable releases
• Hire well and set a high bar through structured interviews
• Partner with product and business stakeholders on roadmap

Must have

• 2+ years managing software engineers
• 5+ years of prior hands-on engineering experience
• Track record of growing or retaining a team

Nice to have

• Experience scaling teams in B2B SaaS
