Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical design team
- Ensure mechanical design process meets schedule
- Conduct transforming, conceptualization and design review session with internal design team
- Continuous review, development, enhance and improve company product
- Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues
- Provide technical support and solutions to product inquiry
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- More than 8 years of design experience with strong expertise in semiconductor equipment
- Lead and manage an engineering team, providing guidance and field support
- Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communications with all levels
- Manage project timeline, resources, and cost.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure design quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Align engineering work with business and product goals
