- Technical background in client-side software development
- Experience managing app store release cycles
- Track record of hiring and retaining strong engineers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes
- Strong communication skills (English B2+)
- Hands-on experience with Unity, C#, or .NET
- Familiarity with WebXR, WebGL, or browser-based 3D rendering
