Engineering Manager (Wind Farm)

Connect Energy partners with an engineering company where the team has been a veteran in the energy industry. They have recently expanded their business and been awarded a wind farm project and as such looking for an Engineering Manager with strong wind farm (substation) experience to join the team in Singapore.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience and at least 5 years of experience in offshore wind.
• Strong and broad technical knowledge of disciplines of offshore wind substations, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering and being able to communicate with all relevant disciplines.
• Good knowledge of offshore wind certification process
• Strong solution finding capabilities to overcome technical and techno-commercial challenges
• Strong communication skills for efficiently solving technical challenges in a team
• Ability to work in a large, international and multi- cultural project team
• Excellent command of English language in speaking as well as writing.
