Engineering Program Leader: Design, RAM & QCD Delivery

Alstom is seeking a program-driven engineering leader to organize development processes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure design-to-cost initiatives across RAM, cybersecurity, and V&V domains. You will collaborate with core and support teams to maintain EMP and KPI metrics while aligning with program stakeholders.
The role emphasizes delivering program items on schedule and cost, coordinating design reviews, and interfacing with system architects and tender activities to support program
Apply process, standards, methods, and tools applicable to the métier Organize the program development process and its continuous improvement Prepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan together with the program core team and program support team addressing most specifically the Program development strategy (design, RAM, cybersecurity, V&V) and baselines roadmap and sustaining Lead the program development activities to deliver the program items according to the QCD commitment Coordinate the program development team activities Ensure that the product/system reaches the committed performance levels Develop design-to-cost approach to decrease system/product deployment cost and product unit cost Validate the configurations under PLM Provide QCD analyses & estimations on evolutions together with the program core and engineering teams Liaise with the System Application Architect in case of system with projects and tender activities Alert and report on any event/risks that may impact the program development and associated QCD commitments Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
