The IS&T Employee Experience Engineering organization is looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results.

We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire life-cycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list – it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Engineering project management
  • Experience in software development life cycle methodologies or equivalent technical program management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years on hands-on experience in a technical role
  • Proven ability to work with diverse audiences through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
  • Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs.
  • Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or ScrumMaster certification.
  • Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.
