What You'll Do:

• Develop detailed administrative and end-to-end project management plans.

• Draft and review initial project schematics and drawings using AutoCAD.

• Oversee engineering and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and progress.

• Coordinate, allocate, and secure necessary equipment and labor resources.

• Collaborate closely with clients to address their requirements and guarantee high satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in engineering project management, construction oversight, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing project plans.

• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, engineering teams, and resource allocation.

• Excellent communication and client-facing negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to structural and administrative details.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or familiarity with semiconductor, tech infrastructure, or high-tech facility projects.

• Experience utilizing modern AI and digital productivity tools to streamline workflows.

• Professional fluency in English for international client and vendor interactions.
