Engineering Project Manager

The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for driving end-to-end engineering program execution from concept through manufacturing readiness and ramp. The role ensures design maturity, manufacturability, and system integration readiness, while orchestrating cross-functional alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and PMO. This role acts as the bridge between engineering intent and production reality, ensuring that development outcomes translate into executable, scalable, and reliable products.

■ Engineering Program Execution: Lead product development lifecycle, emphasizing on early end of development stages toward design release.

■ Engineering Program Execution: Own schedule, critical path, and recovery planning.

■ Engineering Program Execution: Drive design convergence under timeline and cost constraints. Ensure readiness for quality gates.

■ Cross-functional Orchestration: Align RD (ME/EE/SW), SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, and PMO. Drive technical decision-making across stakeholders. Translate engineering constraints into business implications.

■ Cross-functional Orchestration: Resolve trade-offs (performance vs. cost vs. timeline).

■ Manufacturing Readiness & NPI: Lead NPI builds and ramp readiness planning. Ensure: BOM maturity and revision control; DFM/DFA readiness, Tooling, fixtures, and process validation.

■ Manufacturing Readiness & NPI: Drive "first-time-right" build readiness.

■ Risk, Change & Execution Governance: Own program execution integrity by integrating risk, change, and performance governance-driving mitigation, controlling ECR/ECN impacts, ensuring design-to-procurement alignment, and tracking key delivery metrics to support PMO governance and decision-making.

■ Supplier & External Coordination: Engage suppliers on technical feasibility and DFM, Manage lead time risks and qualification readiness.

■ Supplier & External Coordination: Coordinate with SI partners and external stakeholders.

■ PMO Support (Stretch Scope): Contribute to process improvement, Support cross-project best practice standardization, Participate in governance and KPI framework evolution.
