Engineering Senior Full Stack Developer Remote (EU) · Remote (PL) 18 000 – 25 000 PLN (B2B) / month

The role

WAYF is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join permanently after atrial period and work with our key clients on their most demandingprojects.

The work is client-facing. You sit with the team that owns a project endto end, project managers included, and you have direct influence overwhere the product goes. Every line of code gets reviewed, in bothdirections.

Stack and tools

The stack for this position:

• General: TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Mobile: React Native (optional, nice to have)

Day-to-day coordination runs on Slack, Linear, and Notion.

• Build with a modern stack: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js.
• Work directly with our clients, alongside a tightly knit team.
• Have direct impact on the product vision and direction.
• Write clean, maintainable code.
• Have 100% of your code reviewed.
• Self-manage and organise your work as you like, as long as it’seffective.

What we’re looking for

Technical

• A solid understanding of JavaScript, its benefits and its limitations.
• Commercial experience with React.js.
• Understanding of the TypeScript type system and its trade-offs.
• Knowledge of the different techniques for writing CSS: CSS-in-JS, CSSmodules, SCSS, Tailwind.
• Knowledge of the web platform and its APIs.
• Understanding of how the web works from top to bottom, includingserver-client communication.
• Understanding of how databases work and how to use them efficiently.

Ways of working

• English at B2+ for communication with clients and partners, and Polishat B2+ for internal communication.
• Experience working remotely.

We use AI tools daily: in development, in design, and in how we thinkabout problems. We treat it as a fundamental shift in how good softwaregets built. Compensation

18 000 zł – 25 000 zł B2B per month.

You also get annual performance-based bonuses.
