Engineering Specialist
Summary
Engineer specializing in PCB design, diagnostics, and repair of electronic systems for defense applications at a secure government facility.
Required Skills:
5+ years of documentable technical experience
Current TS/SCI Clearance
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience supporting the characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems
Minimum 2 years of performing diagnostics, repair, removal, or rehosting of electronic systems/components
Minimum 2 years of experience with PCB layout, fabrication, and component population
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with embedded systems
Experience with assembly language programming
Experience with test equipment including In-Circuit-Debuggers/Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, multimeter, soldering tools
Experience troubleshooting printed circuit boards
Experience developing, validating, and reading schematics
Experience using Altium vs other circuit tools (KiCAD, OrCAD, LTspice, etc.))
Would like some mechanical/ knowledge disassembly.
